I think the most import part is Article I, Sections 8, 9, 10. Sections eight and nine of Article I basically, it says what Congress can and cannot do. Section 10 states what the State governments cannot do.

The beginning of the Constitution is the most important. The reason for this is simple, it establishes a democratic society. Most people forget how freedom once spread through the world. In a world made up mainly of Monarchies, America took a stand and said they wanted freedom. For that moment in time Americas voice was the voice of humanity. All that follows those words is only in existence because of that declaration.

The way the goverment is set up is very importent. To have a democratic government no person should be given to much power. The power is spread out so people have the power.

I agree with Salino that article 1 is the most important however i disagree with him because i think that the article as a whole is the most important. It all states the power that the government has and what congress can and can't do. Especially now that there are theories that the government is tapping our cell phones and doing very illegal and private things. Also it impedes the whole aspect of freedom of speech and religion because if you are a Muslim then the government might target you as a threat and invade you're privacy.

I'm not sure you can really choose a best part of the constitution. It is all important in its own ways weather it is protecting our right for freedom of speech or protecting our right to vote. If something is'nt there who knows what this society would turn into. Therefore I cannot really choose the most important line, article, or section.

I believe the beginning of the constitution is the most important part. This fully establishes the United States as a democratic nation. As Americas democracy is one of the most important aspects of society. We value out freedom more than anything we should never forger what exactly granted us these rights.

"No person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the age of twenty five Years, and have been seven Years a Citizen of the United States." It is important that the Representative is a Citizen of our country, otherwise there will be not trust. Representative must be at least twenty five years of age and must have a great knowldge about our country and its policies. Its mainly important who we trust and elect.
